Erlist helps households keep track of what they need to buy and shop together.
This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with. We keep it
short because we collect little.
What we collect
- Account details — your email and name, so you can sign in and your household can see who added what.
- Your lists — the supplies, checklists, and shopping lists you and your household create in the app.
- Product-usage analytics — anonymous events about how the app is used (for example, that a shopping trip was completed), tied to a per-user id like
user_123, never to your email.
- Crash data — diagnostic reports when the app crashes, so we can fix it.
- Push notification token — an Apple device token so we can send the notifications you enable.
- Website page views — when you visit this site, we record the page and a one-way hashed version of your IP address and browser (user-agent). We can’t reverse it back to you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We use a small set of processors to run the service:
- PostHog (EU region) — product analytics and crash reporting.
- Resend — sending transactional email (sign-in and password-reset messages).
- Apple (APNs) — delivering push notifications.
Your choices and rights
You can permanently delete your account and data at any time from inside the
app: More → Profile & settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and
can’t be undone.
