By creating an account or using Erlist, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity on your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.
Use Erlist for its intended purpose — managing your household’s supplies and shopping. Don’t misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to break the law or infringe others’ rights.
The lists and items you create belong to you and your household. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display that content so the app works.
Recipes stay within your household unless someone in it publishes one for everyone. When you publish a recipe, you share its text and photos under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 licence (CC BY-SA 4.0): anyone may cook, copy and adapt it, as long as they credit it to your @handle and share their versions under the same licence. Only publish what you have the right to share — your own recipe, or one whose licence allows it, with its credit kept. Any member of your household can make it private again; copies other people made while it was public keep the licence they received.
We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don’t publish recipes, reviews, names or photos that are offensive, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, spam, or someone else’s work. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; content that breaks these rules is removed, and its author can be blocked or have their account closed.
If something bothers you, tap Report on the recipe, review or profile, or Block the person so you no longer see anything they publish. We review every report within 24 hours. You can also email support@erlist.app.
Erlist Household is a subscription that renews automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. It is billed through your Apple ID. The yearly plan starts with a free trial, which turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel it first.
To cancel, do it at least 24 hours before the current period ends, in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app or your Erlist account does not cancel a subscription.
Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app.
You can delete your account and data at any time from Profile → Delete Account. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
Erlist is provided “as is,” without warranties. We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
